Inspired by Michelle's mother, 

Hoa (meaning flower). 

Hoa was a self-taught cook when she came to the United States. Growing up, Michelle would spend time in the kitchen with her mother and father making egg rolls. Her dad would peel the wrappers and pack the finished egg rolls. Michelle and her mother would make them. They worked as a family and as a team. Hoa's recipe for the original pork egg rolls started this venture.  Michelle's family have created the other recipes. 

Hoa is The Egg Roll Lady. 

Michelle's family operation is to honor her mother. It's important for them to give back to the community, as Michelle was taught at a young age. This business allows them to do so.

Mauve Pink, which can be found in the logo and throughout the operation, was Hoa's favorite color. Aqua, similarly highlighted, is Michelle's favorite color.

The logo was artistically crafted by Michelle's daughter, Sabyn. The flower representing the meaning of her mother's name, the five petals representing the five members of Michelle's family (husband Rex and their three children), and Hoa and Michelle's favorite colors.
