About Us

Inspired by Michelle's mother, 

Hoa (meaning flower). 

It is her recipes that are used.

Hoa was a self-taught cook when she came to the United States. Growing up, Michelle would spend time in the kitchen with her mother and father making egg rolls. Her dad would peel the wrappers and pack the finished egg rolls. Michelle would make them. They worked as a family and as a team.

Hoa is The Egg Roll Lady. 

Michelle's family operation is to honor her mother. It's important for them to give back to the community, as Michelle was taught at a young age. This business allows them to do so.

Mauve Pink, which can be found in the logo and throughout the operation, was Hoa's favorite color. Aqua, similarly highlighted, is Michelle's favorite color.

The logo was artistically crafted by Michelle's daughter, Sabyn.
